    The Service is operated by Abyss Culture Limited / 淵博文化有限公司 (CI No. 76552457, "we", "us", "our").

    Our products provide Sze Mei Astrology chart calculations, reports and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

    You must be 13 years or older (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
  2. 1.4
    We process personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486), the GDPR (where applicable) and the requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Programme Policies. See our Privacy Policy.
  3. 1.5
    We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version in the app and on our website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with a change, cancel within 30 days for a pro‑rated refund of unused, prepaid fees.

2. Platform‑Specific Notices

    Apple‑Specific Terms:
    • (a) These Terms are between you and Abyss Culture Limited, not Apple Inc. ("Apple").
    • (b) Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the iOS app.
    • (c) In the event of any failure of the iOS app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
    • (d) Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

    Google‑Specific Terms:
    • (a) These Terms are between you and Abyss Culture Limited, not Google LLC ("Google").
    • (b) Google has no obligation to maintain or support the Android app.
    • (c) Google and its affiliates are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  3. 2.3
    In-App Purchases. In‑App Purchases ("IAP") made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google directly and are subject to their payment, refund and dispute‑resolution policies. We do not collect or store your payment‑card details for IAP transactions.
  4. 2.4
    Content Compliance. To comply with App Store/Play Store policies you must not upload user‑generated content that is illegal, discriminatory, pornographic, harassing or otherwise violates these Terms or platform rules.

3. Registration & Account Security

    Creating an account requires accurate information and a secure password (or Apple Sign‑In / Google Sign‑In token). Keep credentials confidential; notify info@daydayszemei.com of unauthorised use.
  2. 3.2
    We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, platform policies or law.

4. Day Day Sze Mei Services

  1. 4.1
    Free Chart – One complimentary Sze Mei natal chart per user.
  2. 4.2
    Premium Reports & Subscriptions – Paid PDFs, personalised guidance or feature unlocks available via website checkout or IAP.

    AI‑Generated Insights

5. Ordering, Pricing & Payment

    All prices are shown in USD (or the local currency displayed by the App Store/Play Store) and include applicable taxes.
  2. 5.2
    Website payments are processed by PCI‑DSS‑compliant providers. IAP payments are processed by Apple or Google; their receipts govern proof of purchase.
  3. 5.3
    Your order is accepted—and a contract formed—only when we (or Apple/Google for IAP) successfully charge your payment method and you receive a confirmation email or store receipt.
  4. 5.4
    Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  5. 5.5
    Refunds:
    • (a) Website purchases: 30‑day money‑back guarantee (one refund per user account); delete all refunded content.
    • (b) IAP: refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies; request via their support channels.
    • (c) Gift codes and custom orders are non‑refundable.
  6. 5.6
    We may change fees on 30 days' notice. If you object, cancel before the new fees apply; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

6. Licence & Acceptable Use

  1. 6.1
    We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to view and download Products for private, non‑commercial use.
  2. 6.2
    Prohibited Uses. You must not:
    • Copy, translate, reverse‑engineer or distribute any part of the Service
    • Scrape, mine or harvest data
    • Upload malware or unlawful content
    • Use the Service for employment, credit, insurance or medical screening
    • Circumvent DRM or security features
  3. 6.3
    User‑generated content must not violate intellectual‑property rights, privacy, platform policies or law. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. 7.1
    All trademarks, logos, algorithms, text, graphics and software forming the Service are owned by Abyss Culture Limited or its licensors. Nothing grants you any IP right except the limited licence in § 6.

8. Disclaimers

  1. 8.1
    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  2. 8.2
    Astrological interpretations are speculative and may not reflect real‑world outcomes.
  3. 8.3
    We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free operation or that defects will be corrected.
  4. 8.4
    Apple, Google and other third parties provide their services "as is" and have no liability for our content or your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. 9.1
    Subject to applicable law, our aggregate liability for all claims in any calendar year is limited to the total fees you paid us during that year. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages, loss of data, emotional distress or business losses. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold us, Apple and Google harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, platform rules or applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:
    • (a) Breach these Terms or platform policies
    • (b) Pose security, fraud or legal risks
    • (c) Request account deletion

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. 12.1
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without affecting non‑waivable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

  1. 13.1
    Severability. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
  2. 13.2
    No waiver. Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
  3. 13.3
    Assignment. We may assign our rights; you may not without consent.
  4. 13.4
    Entire agreement. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the whole agreement.
